The room provided a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found multiple elevators ensuring quick access to my room.

i stayed in a standard hip room. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

underwhelming stay, some issues

dirty room indifferent staff

the location was acceptable for accessing different parts of the city.

The room was far from clean when i checked in. There was hair in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. i asked for it to be recleaned, and it was, but the initial state was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to my complaint.

good storage space missing car valet service

The room had a good amount of storage space. That was acceptable.

the valet service was a real issue. they seemed to lose my car, and i missed a crucial work meeting because of it. this incident cost me more than my whole stay at the hotel.

equipped gym needed feature pool area shady stay

The hotel includes a well-equipped gym. I appreciated the air conditioning within the gym, a needed feature. There is also a bar area showing sports. It provided a relaxing place during the evening. I found it a good spot to unwind.

I found that the pool area receives very little sun. It remained mostly shady . I raised this concern at reception, and I know another guest voiced the same issue. There were only short periods when the sun reached some areas.

The gym was quite good. It had multiple treadmills and a selection of weight machines. I also appreciated the hotel's location. Several restaurants were within a short walking distance.

The room had some cleanliness issues. I found dust in several areas, especially near the windows. The pool area did not get much sun. It was often shaded and felt windy during the day.
